The Service

The Heart & Soul Awakening Journey is a 12-week, bespoke 1:1 coaching container delivered as Soul Coaching and Angel Therapy/Angel work services (fully insured). It is deep, reflective, soul-led work designed to help you quieten overthinking and reclaim a calmer, more soul-aligned life.

It is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment. If you are in a mental-health crisis or require psychotherapeutic support, please contact your GP or appropriate healthcare professional.

What’s Included

• Six x 75-minute 1:1 sessions (fortnightly or weekly to suit you)
• Email support between sessions (replies within 48 hours)
• Optional 10-minute phone check-ins if something comes up between calls
• A safe, confidential space held at your pace

Investment

Full details and pricing are shared and agreed during your Discovery Call.
Payment (bank transfer or Stripe) is required in full or via an agreed two-part plan to secure your place.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions are booked via my calendar.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice are forfeited.
If I need to reschedule, you will of course be offered a new time or a refund for that session.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you choose to end the journey early, unused sessions will be refunded (pro-rata) at my discretion, minus a £250 administration fee.
No refunds are given after the third session.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in our sessions is strictly confidential, except where I am legally required to disclose (e.g. risk of harm to yourself or others).

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and the choices you make. While I offer deep insight and support, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
