The Book
A practical guide to understanding burnout and finding your way back to well-being
The 5 Keys to Burnout Recovery is a psychologically informed guide to understanding burnout, recognising what you may be experiencing and beginning the process of recovery.
Alongside practical guidance, Catherine shares an open and honest account of her own experiences of work-related burnout, not once, but twice, including the warning signs, the suffering she experienced and what helped her find her way back to well-being.

Why I wrote it
The guide I wish I had
I have experienced burnout twice, in two very different careers.
When I was burned out, I wanted something that could help me understand what was happening and give me a clearer sense of how to begin finding my way out.
Drawing on psychological research and my own experiences of burnout and recovery, I wanted to create a straightforward, practical guide that could help others make sense of what they were experiencing and begin restoring their well-being.
The 5 Keys to Burnout Recovery is the result.
Is this book for you?
