Legal Entity

Heart & Soul Awakening is a trading name of The Agile Leader Ltd. The services outlined in these Terms and Conditions are provided by Catherine Buchan under this trading name. These terms are designed to create clarity and mutual understanding, so we can both feel grounded and fully present for our work together. By booking and paying for this service, you agree to be bound by these terms, which together with your booking confirmation form the agreement between us. The Service

The service provided is the Heart & Soul Awakening Journey. This is a 12-week, bespoke 1:1 container designed for those who feel called to continue beyond a single Heart & Soul Awakening Insight session and explore a deeper process of healing, self-discovery and inner alignment.

This session is delivered mainly as Spiritual Coaching. Spiritual coaching is a form of life coaching that takes a holistic and spiritually informed approach. It provides a supportive and reflective space to explore thoughts, feelings, values, beliefs, sense of purpose and spiritual wellbeing, with the aim of developing greater self-awareness, clarity and personal insight.

At times, I may also use Angel Therapy, if you deem it appropriate for you. Angel Therapy is a spiritual practice involving the use of angelic guidance and intuitive insight to support reflection, personal awareness and spiritual exploration. It may involve interpreting messages, symbols or impressions believed to be connected with angels or other spiritual guidance. Where appropriate, oracle cards may also be used as a tool to support reflection, insight and spiritual exploration.

These services are fully insured.

This session is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment. It is a complementary spiritual coaching and guidance service intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness and insight. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional mental health support, please contact your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional.

What’s Included

Six x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (fortnightly or weekly, to suit you)

Email support between sessions for brief guidance and reflections. I aim to respond within 48 hours during normal working days.

Optional 10-minute phone check-ins if something comes up between sessions

Fee & Payment

Introductory Rate: £399

Payment is required to secure your place on the Heart & Soul Awakening Journey and can be made either in full or via an agreed two-part payment plan (see below).

There are two payment options:

(1) Pay £399 in full following booking; or

(2) Pay £199.50 following booking and the remaining £199.50 prior to session four.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or Stripe. Payment details will be sent via email following your initial booking request.

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

If payment is not received, your booking will not be confirmed and the space will be released.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions are booked via my calendar. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the space to another client. Sessions cancelled with less notice cannot usually be rescheduled and will be counted as part of your package.

How your Heart & Soul Awakening Journey works

The sessions take place via video conferencing. You will need a good internet connection. The platform normally used is Google Meet, although an alternative may be used instead. The platform to be used will be confirmed upon booking.

This is a calm, supportive space designed for reflection, clarity and inner work. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted. Between sessions, you will also have access to email support for brief check-ins and reflections.

Cancellations & Refund

The Heart & Soul Awakening Journey is a bespoke 12-week package rather than a series of individual sessions. If you choose to end the journey early, any refund for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be adjusted to reflect preparation, support provided, and the space reserved for you within the programme. No refunds are available after the third session.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from booking to cancel this service for a full refund. If you’d like your Journey to begin within this 14-day period, please confirm this to me in writing (e.g. by email) when booking; by doing so, you agree that once sessions have started, refunds will follow the Cancellations & Refund terms above rather than the 14-day right.

Confidentiality

Your session is confidential. I will not share the content of your session with anyone. The only exception is if I am legally required to do so, for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or someone else. You are free to share anything you wish from the session.

If you have any medical or mental health concerns, please contact your GP or other appropriate qualified healthcare provider.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and the choices you make. I offer insight, guidance and support throughout your journey, and many clients experience meaningful insights, improved well-being and positive personal change. However, as every journey is unique, outcomes will vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Eligibility, Data & Law

This service is available to those aged 18 and over. Any personal information you share with me, including session content, is held securely and used only to provide this service; see my Privacy Policy for full details. While these services are fully insured, my liability for any loss arising from this service is limited to the fees paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
