Heart & Soul Awakening is a trading name of The Agile Leader Ltd. The services outlined in these Terms and Conditions are provided by Catherine Buchan under this trading name. These terms are designed to create clarity and mutual understanding, so we can both feel grounded and fully present for our work together. By booking and paying for this session, you agree to be bound by these terms, which together with your booking confirmation form the agreement between us. The Service

The service provided is a Heart & Soul Awakening Insight Session.

This session is delivered mainly as Spiritual Coaching. Spiritual coaching is a form of life coaching that takes a holistic and spiritually informed approach. It provides a supportive and reflective space to explore thoughts, feelings, values, beliefs, sense of purpose and spiritual wellbeing, with the aim of developing greater self-awareness, clarity and personal insight.

At times, I may also use Angel Therapy, if you deem it appropriate for you. Angel Therapy is a spiritual practice involving the use of angelic guidance and intuitive insight to support reflection, personal awareness and spiritual exploration. It may involve interpreting messages, symbols or impressions believed to be connected with angels or other spiritual guidance. Where appropriate, oracle cards may also be used as a tool to support reflection, insight and spiritual exploration.

These services are fully insured.

This session is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment. It is a complementary spiritual coaching and guidance service intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness and insight. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional mental health support, please contact your GP or an appropriate healthcare professional.

One x 60-minute 1:1 Session (online)

Fees & Payment

Introductory Rate: £77

Payment is required in full, at the time of booking.

Please note: If payment is not received, the session will be cancelled.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or Stripe. Payment details will be sent via email following your initial booking request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you need to cancel your session and we’re unable to reschedule, you may request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your session time.

If you miss your session without 24 hour’s notice, this will be considered a paid appointment and is non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

How the Heart & Soul Awakening Insight Session Works

This session takes place via video conferencing. You will need a good internet connection.

The platform normally used is Google Meet, although an alternative may be used instead. Platform details will be confirmed upon booking.

This is a calm, supportive space designed for reflection, clarity and inner work. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.

Confidentiality

Your session is confidential. I will not share the content of your session with anyone. The only exception is if I am legally required to do so, for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or someone else. You are free to share anything you wish from the session.

If you have any medical or mental health concerns, please contact your GP or other appropriate qualified healthcare provider.

Responsibility & Disclaimer

By booking this Heart & Soul Awakening Insight Session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and any choices you make following our time together. I offer guidance, support and insight, and many clients experience meaningful clarity, reassurance and a fresh perspective. However, as every person and situation is unique, outcomes will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from booking to cancel this service for a full refund. As this session is often booked and delivered within that window, by booking you agree that once the session has taken place, the cancellation terms above apply rather than the 14-day right.

Eligibility, Data & Law

This session is available to those aged 18 and over. Any personal information you share with me, including session content, is held securely and used only to provide this service; see my Privacy Policy for full details. While this service is fully insured, my liability for any loss arising from it is limited to the fees paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
